Hyperlinks – A Must for Web Design

Web designing requires several elements to make it sound with documents and user friendly. A well designed Site may have Static page, Dynamic page, Hypertext and Hyperlinks.

Content of a Static page do not change with request. Its data are to be updated manually. The texts of Dynamic pages can be changed by the user or the client.

A hyperlink is a major designing tool of a web page. It refers to a separate section of a document and a browser can gather information with automatic access. Hyperlinks can be arranged in a document by several ways. They can be navigated by clicking hepertext or a graphical user interface like button.

When a document is loaded with information, which can be further navigated through hyperlinks, it is called a hypertext. Without hyperlinks, hypertext cannot be designed. By clicking hypertext, the user can get a separate web page on a related subject or a video or an application.

Hyperlinks are used for various purposes. They may be used in e-mals, PDF documents, word processing documents, text editors, Spreadsheets and other areas.

Hyperlinks are also useful tools for a Web Browser. They may come in different color, font and style. A Web Browser is a software application which allows a user to display and interact with text, images and other information. Text and images can contain hyperlinks to other Web page or different websites.

Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera and Netscape are some of the Web Browsers available in a personal computers. Of these Web Browsers, Internet Explorer is the most popular. Web Browsers can easily access the World Wide Web and also the information given by Web Servers and Private Netwaorks.

Hyperlinks have become imperative for web design and development. Siince its beginning in 1991, though on a limited scale, hyperlinks have grown big enough to neglect any further. This is now widely used for quick access to information.
